Bob Carter, the man with the skull cap, cape, and dish-washing gloves, passed away at age 83 on June 30, 2013. From 1962 to 1989, Don Stuck tuned in religiously for Sammy Terry on Indy’s WTTV Channel 4 “Nightmare Theater.” And that’s how Sammy became a friend of the show, and joined us on this Halloween morning in 2003.
Trivia: Carter wore a black windbreaker for the first episode of “Nightmare Theater”, and the creepy coffin was actually a coffee table.
